This policy explains how STP and Bright Learning Hub handle information. Bright Learning Hub is designed around local device storage and does not require an account.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Bright Learning Hub mobile application and the STP informational website at stptov.site.

2. Information Collection

STP does not require users to create an account for Bright Learning Hub. The app is designed to function without a user profile or cloud account.

3. App Data

Reading progress, saved topics, favorites, reminder preferences, and similar app settings may be stored locally on the user's device so the app can provide its features. STP does not operate an account system for this information.

4. Website Data

The STP website is informational. We do not ask visitors to register or submit account data through the website. Standard hosting infrastructure may process technical request information required to deliver the site, such as IP address and browser request metadata.

5. Third-Party Services

The website links to Google Play. When you follow an external link, the third party's own privacy terms apply. STP does not control third-party websites or stores.

6. Data Sharing

STP does not sell personal information collected through Bright Learning Hub. The app is not designed to upload its local learning library to an STP account service.

7. Data Retention

STP does not maintain a server-side Bright Learning Hub user account database. App information that is stored locally remains on the device according to the app's local storage behavior and user actions.

8. Data Deletion

Users can remove locally stored information using the controls available in the app, such as clearing viewing history, resetting local progress, or removing favorites. Uninstalling the app may also remove locally stored app data according to the operating system's behavior.

9. Security

Because core learning information is designed to remain local to the device, STP minimizes the need to transmit user content to an application server. Users should still protect access to their own device.

10. Children

Bright Learning Hub is an educational reference tool. STP does not knowingly operate an account-based service that asks children to provide personal profile information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the website, application, legal requirements, or technical implementation changes. The current version will be published on this page.
